You've got a number of options:
- Unattended installs using distribution folder/CD and
answer files
- Sysprep (images)
- RIS (requires AD)
To do what you are asking you'd need to use sysprep in
conjunction with a 3rd party product like Symantec Ghost,
and you may need multiple images depending on the HAL's
needed for each type of machine.
