Hi all,

I have a CF app (C#) in the making and know how to deploy it to the PPC
using a CAB file. I also a have two supporting EXEs on the desktop side that
will interwork with my PPC app using RAPI. My question is: Does the full
..NET Framework, for the desktop side, have such a thing as CABWIZ or, in
other words, can I create a CAB file for the desktop side? I am planning on
an installer exe on a CD that will install the necessary items on both the
desktop and the PPC.

Regards,
Neville Lang

You need a packaging tool that will do both. Personally I use Wise, which
will build a desktop install that integrates with the ActiveSync installer
to install a package to the device as well.
