The Error I get is:
Application Manager cannot install this application on your mobile device
due to an error in the setup file. Reinstall and try again.
I'm following these instructions:

The reference to the debug registry is either wrong or outdated, say to
modify the following reg entry:
[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows CE Services\AppMgr]
"ReportErrors"=dword:1This does not exist so I added it, but I do not see
any extra errors. Als the event log say everything worked.
The custom actions to delete the temp files fail, why? Anyway to work around
it I commented out the deletes, but still fails.
Fig 6 Do I need to do something here?, or is it only if I need some special
app related registry entries?
Fig 16 shows no custom actions, buy mine does? is that correct?
