Deploying XP without logging into workstation with Users credentials

We are beginning our Windows XP rollout and one of our
concerns is that our deployment team does not know how to
distribute machines without having the user ID and
password for deployment. Are their other options? Is it
something as simple as installing applications with an
administrator account, then copying the profile to the
all users profile?
