To be on the safe side of unique computer SIDs onn the same network run
freeware NewSID from
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/source/newsid.shtml
and change Computer Names too.
If Fixed IP addresses are involved, then those need to change too.
If you have created the image from a machine installed using a Volume
License media, nothing else should present a problem.
If you haven't installed from that media, you are facing a legal issue of
the install not being permitted on more than one box.
