deploying help files

Hi,
I have created a help file called marsmerger.chm in a visual studio 2008
winforms c# application, which is in the direcory
c:/marsmerger, however when I do a one-click publish and try and run the
help by clicking f1 on another machine it doesn't work, because the file
isn't there.

How can I get the one-click deployment to deploy this help file into a
directory, where it can be picked up by the application.
