I looked around for an article explaining how to deploy the latest version
of Windows defender to all XP clients in with windows server 2003 network.

all WD clients stopped running and i would like to install the latest
version in all the clients and would like to do it Automatically with no user
interaction may be using GPOs

Check the .install group. I'm not sure this has been posted recently, but
the app uses the standard Windows Installer--so standard switches on MSIexec
should work. I haven't tested this with the released version however.

Windows Defender is not designed for this use, however. Microsoft does have
an antimalware product which is designed for such deployment and central
management--Microsoft Forefront Client Security.
