Is it possible to create a signature template that is populated with
user specific data and deployed to every user profile?

I have a client that would like to push out signatures to all users
container the users name, email and telephone numbers.

Regards // Johan

There are some third-party tools to do that; see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/content_management.htm
