OK I have licensing for outlook03 for all or users. How do i create
an answer file to asnwer the prompts and the serial # to be
automatically put it?

Is there a good how to sight etc? I have the Outlook msi file etc I
just need ti answer the basic prompts to automate the deployment of
this.

MSI setups don't really have answer files. Most of the prompts probably set
properties associated with the product, so you end up deploying with a command
line setup that sets properties like where to install it For something like
Office, take a look at the Resource Kit. This is the XP link for deployment:
