Is it possible to deploy "High encryption pack" with .cab
file instead of .MSI ?
(PPC 2002)

i believe the high encryption pack is only for PPC 2000.

This download was designed to work with Pocket PC 2000. It will also install
on Pocket PC 2002; however, when prompted during the installation process,
select "No" to using an older version of schannel.dll. Do not install on
Pocket PC devices using Windows Mobile 2003, which includes high encryption
as standard.
Sorry, I dont know how to deploy it as a .cab.

If you install the .EXE from the site below, you'll notice that it creates
a directory, into which it dumps all the CAB files for the high encryption
pack, one per processor type. On my machine, this path was :

C:\Program Files\Microsoft ActiveSync\Microsoft High Encryption Pack for
Pocket PC v1.0

You should be able to use the CAB files straight from there.

Hello casey,
So, i create an application which uses SQL CE 2.0 with
encrypted databases.
When using PPC2002, I must install this pack even
if "schannel.dll" exists ! (otherwise, i get an error
during creation of the database)

When using PPC2003, i do not install this pack and it
works.
