How to Deploy C# standalone application

Hi,

I have a desktop application developed in C#.net 2005 using sql server
2005..

I need to install that on my freind's PC.

From whatever little I could find out on net, Here is what I got to
do:

1. Install .Net framework 2.0 on freinds machine.
2. Install Sql server 2005

Now how to generate the exe of my application? Also What all files I
should have with exe so that I can install that?

IF there are any other ways, kindly let me know.
