If you combined the front end and back end, then how will your users keep
their old data when you distribute a new version of the application?
And if some users don't have Access, then like the other guys said, the only
way that I know of is the Access Developers Toolkit, or whatever it's called
these days. That allows you to install the runtime version of Access on each
users computer, which doesn't require an Access license. You might be able to
find a 2000 version available if you look on-line.
