The error means that a dependant service (or a driver ) has failed to start.
Which particular service is causing this error?

Many processes/services depend on other processes/services to be running
first. The error message means that this dependency isn't being
fulfilled. Since you didn't tell us what service didn't start and the
exact text of the error message, that's as specific as I can get. Post
back with a better description of the problem for more focused help.

Thanks Guys.

I have solved the problem.

I went to ControlPanel>AdministrativeTools>Services and enabled any
'disabled' service, one-at-a-time - and quickly found the culprit that
needed to be active.

Thanks again.
