Every program has an EXE file that launches the program, these like any file
can have different permissions set providing you are using NTFS as the file
system, if there is a shortcut on the desktop right click it and choose
properties, this will tell you the path to the file
AOL usualy resides in c:\AOL\ but it may also be in the program file list
Find the EXE file and right click it and choose security if the "Everyone"
is in the list remove it then add the users by clicking "Add" and selecting
those who can access the program
Bear in mind that anyone with administrator rights can change permissions
freely so ensure users you wish to restrict aren't set as administrators.
