The intention was to stop some users from using the internet. The first
try was to setup the firewall to deny explorer the right to run. However I
could not get the frewall to turn on.??????

Then I got a great Ideal. Why not set the "Permissions" too "Deny" everyone
but the Administrator.

OK..Ok.. When you are finished laughing please tell me that I can fix this.
