Deny access to win2K Terminal Server

I have a Win2K Terminal Server with MetaFrame 1.8 and migrating users to a
straight Win2K3 Terminal Server.

How can I deny users from using the Win2K terminal server yet allow them to
access the Win2K3 TS...?
