Denied access to HD using WinXPHome

I upgraded to a new machine with Windows XP Home
installed.
Installed the HD from my old machine (Win2000 Pro) to the
new.
XP can see the drive (2 partitions) but when I click to
open I get "Access Denied".

Suggestions?
