I am wondering if your use of 'forward slashes' instead of 'backslashes'
is a mistake or is it possible you are referring to a network folder?
I will assume it's just an oversight on your part.
Check the folder's permissions by right-clicking on the folder :
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents"
...then select 'Properties' and click on the 'Security' tab.
Check that your user name is there OR that the 'Administrators'
('Administrators' group not 'Administrator') definitely has Full
control.
