After adding a new program to my system, I have not been able to access the computer's drives.

If you want some help you'd better give us more information, i.e. O/S, the
program you installed etc,...

Run virus scanner - you might just find sui.exe and or tipb.exe

Just delete

Go to Norton web site and search for the error message then follow the
instructions in the article.
