demand dial connection (site to site)

on our testlab, the remote (testlab) disconnects during periods of lo or now
activity, usually at 3am.
then when i try to re-connect, the password or username is not correct. if i
go to the tab and reset credentials, it connects right up. ??
i'm using isa 2004 at the 'remote' site and have it set as persistant
connection, while the 'home' site is isa 2000s
both servers are 2003
