The discussion is not about what works now, but what will work beginning
July 1, 2008. That is when DeltaSync kicks in and HTTP access will no longer
work in OE. It's my understanding that at that point it will also stop
working in Outlook and the connector is required if you want
hotmail/live/msn mail in outlook.
