For some reason I can no longer preview or open attachments from delta
airlines (body.html) It says it "cannot creat file: body.html when I try to
open and when I try to preview it tells me to try opening the file in the
program in which it was created.

Are you sure this message is really from Delta Airlines? Seems to me there
is some scam/phishing e-mail going around that says it's from them, but isn't.

Empty your Outlook Secure Temp folder.
