This motherboard uses the 945 intel chipset. If I buy this computer
with the 630 series intel processor, can I upgrade to a intel dual-core
processor later when the prices fall?

On the Configure page, there is a link that says

"Chat with a Product Advisor"

Maybe someone in India has the answer for you :-)
