I have a Dell Dimension 2350 Desktop. the screen resolution somehow
changed to 640x480 on monday...I installed the new video drivers(from
Dell's support site) for Win XP Home and when the installation program
ran, it asked me if it can over-write the older driver..I clicked on
'Yes'..and it worked for a while but when I came back in the morning it
rolled back to the previous driver...I tried re-installing it..again,
it worked for a while but I am not sure when exactly it rolls
back...but it does..I don't know what the problem might be.

I ran the Dell Diagnostics utility to check if the hardware is ok..it
seems to be fine..it passed all the tests.

I am not sure what else to do.
