My Philips DVD+RW-DO1 stopped working. I deleted the
device from the device manager and reinstalled it using
the plug & play features, but it show that it does not
recognize the hardware and displays a code 41. I did a
system restore and the DVD began to read but the Easy CD
5 Basic program did not work. I deleted the Easy CD Basic
software and reinstalled it but that caused the DVD+RW-
DO1 to disappear from the system. Can someone please help
me?
