I was told when I purchased computer that I could Get a free Windows 7
download. I tried 1 time but my internet was not right. I have itfixed now
and would like to try the download again . How do I begin ? I have
Windstream internet and want to keep my email address

You'd be best off contacting whomever sold you the computer (or Dell).
