If I buy frontpage and install it on my Dell and work on it, can I also go to
an Apple computer using frontpage and access it and work on the webpage?

No - FP doesn't support Apple any more.

FP2003 won't work on Macintoshes......
but anyway that's in breach of the EULA if you use the same copy on two
computers.

I think she is asking if she can create/work on a webpage on her PC and also
work on the site using a Mac with an already installed version of FP. In
which case the answer would be yes?

Recent FP versions are not supported on MAC. So, if the Mac FP 1.1 is
installed, there will most likely be major conflits.

Just work on the Mac. It's a much better machine than the
Dell.
