When ever I try to print an Email letter now, I go
through the same procedures as I always have, but now
it defaults to fax. I then have to go to options and
click on printer and then click on the print box in the
same pop up to get it to print.

Go to the Control Panel and click on Printer & Faxes.

Right click on the Printer and then select Set as Default. For some reason
it has defaulted to the Fax.
