I can not figure out when and how my less than 6 month
old printer decided not to print anymore. Can somone
PLEASE give me advice in resolving this problem? I know
that I have done 2 Windows Updates on-line. I have
purchased a new USB Cable, uninstalled A940 printer,
reinstalled A940 printer, emailed Dell, emailed
Microsoft, and all I get is generic help (which I have
done everything.
The only message I can say that it consistantly gives
is, "CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH PRINTER".
When I go to troubleshoot - the screen tells me that a
different printer is connected.
I am so confussed and ready to pull my hair out, please
help.
