Delivery receipts are handled by the server and and not configurable on the
client. You can ask for one, but the server may or may not respond,
depending on how it is configured. You can ask for a read receipt and you
may or may not get one. In an Exchange envirnoment, I believe that the
administrator can choose whether or not receipts are honored and the client
doesn't get a choice.
