I can set both delivery and read receipts but I only ever receive read
receipts. (I have checked by sending to a second email account I have and
that is the case).

I am unable to set tracking and the MS Help pages do not show the same
screens I get on my validated Office 2007 screens.

How can I get a delivery receipts?
Does tracking work?

Tracking works but Delivery Receipts must be supported by the mail server.
For anti-spam reasons this is usually turned off on non-internal mail
servers.
