Hello,

I receive an error upon startup in the form of a Delivery Manager pop-up
shich states:

"Delivery Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience."

Than it gives me the option to "Send error report" or "Don't send" at the
bottom of the pop up.

Any idea how to clear the root cause of this problem?

if you have either sky player or bbc I player, you will have a programme
called kontiki installed. This is causing the error.

Disable Kontiki in the startup and problem should be fixed. You could also
reinstall programme but problem may return.
