I've sent out an e-mail to a Main Distribution List. Within that Distribution
List, there are others. One list with in-house e-mail addresses and the other
with outside e-mail addresses(contains 3 addresses only). I received a
Undeliverable Notice for only the list that contains outside addresses. Why
is that when all e-mail addresses have been validated. The message I received
is "The e-mail address could not be found. Perhaps the recipient moved to a
different e-mail organization, or there was a mistake in the address". The
fix I am using for now is sending out the e-mail to each individual user
contained in the outside distribution list.
