Delivery Failure in Outlook 2007

I have an internal exchange server and a POP3 account setup in Outlook 2007.
I continually get delivery failures when sending internal email/replies.
External email goes fine. I have check to make sure that the account that it
is sending through is the exchange and it is. I have upgraded from 2003 pro
to 2007 business. My POP3 is my default account and all email is delivered
to the exchange mailbox. Please Help.
