I don't have a 2002 machine here, but if you open
the "E-mail account"
Click View or Change the exising E-mail account... radio button
Click the NEXT button
Near the bottom of the page is a box titled:
Deliver new email to the following location:
This is filled in with the name of the current PST that is being used
as the current delivery point of the email on download.
My guess is that the file has been moved and now Outlook is
looking for that file to deliver its mail.
Click the "New Outlook data file..." button and repoint it to the
PST.
