Deliver Mail to PST

Hi Everyone,

We have recently upgraded out PC's to Office XP. We are
not have much luck with user's who want their mail
delievered to their Personal Folders. We have no problem
setting it in Email Accounts, and restart outlook. But
for some reason all the incomming mail will not drop (this
is consistant over a long period of time, not just a quick
test). We have also tried using rules to help with this
with no better luck. Any suggestions?
