Is it possible to delete the Guest Account? As the Administrator I go to the
control panel and open user accounts. When I open the limited user account
it has an option for "delete this account". When I open the guest user
account it does not have a delete option. I can only turn it off or on.
Also, the Guest Account contains many of my (administrator) desktop icons
like itunes and photo albums that I would not want a guest to have access to.

The built-in Guest account can be disabled but it cannot be deleted.
The common desktop icons are stored in the "All Users" desktop folder.
When you installed your software you, or the default setup option
selected to make it available to all users and it placed the icons in
the All Users Desktop folder, you can create the shorcuts on your
desktop only and remove the ones in the All Users folder.

Hi,

It can be hidden using the script from line 22:

Type in: Guest

The undo is also available.

John,
Thank you. Exactly what I needed to know.
