Here are instructions how you can make your Administrator appear on the
Welcome Screen:

If you want to delete account an account, logon as administrator. You can do
this by clicking CTRL+ALT+DEL two times when you get to the Welcome Screen.
New logon windows will pop-up. Under username type Administrator and enter
password for this account.
After you are signed in Go to Control Panel (Start -> Control Panel) -> User
Accounts. Select the account you want to delete and click Delete the
account.
