Yeah I have been reading all about this deleting history but none of
them really work. Suddenly I believe because I reconnected to my
college's network the autocomplete button began to come on. I turned
that off and cleared history. However when I began to type it shows me
urls that I have visited. Some I had typed and some I had clicked too.
I don't understand. What about no typed urls. I begin to type and
suddenly I see awebsite I visited months ago. While I know even before
the registry thing if i took autocomplete off cleared it, history, and
temp files it would not show. I went a step further and downloaded one
of those erasers . Still did not stop it from wanting to complete.
So what I did was I went to advanced , settings and unchecked inline
autocomplete web addresses, and inline autocomplete in windows
explorere why they were suddenly checked I don't know. So what I am
saying was that despite doing all that "cleaning" information was
still there. When i unchecked inline autocomplete then it was gone.
That means that no matter what my information is still there. Kind of
messed up isn't.
