How do I delete URLs from my home page selection choices
under internet explorer properties?

Can you clarify a little more? I don't understand what you
mean by 'home page selection choices'.

These are coming from the index.dat file in the History folder.

Delete the History folder- a new one will be created on restart.

Free History Eraser from
http://smartprotector.com/eraser/fre...ory-eraser.htm will delete the
History folder in Windows 9x,2K, XP.
