deleting Time server?

after building my image, the Microsoft time server is set.
Is their an option to disable the syncronisation with a time server?

's Computer Specifications

I disable the time sync. and I also the disable the "Windows Time" service
itself. I have seen this service get set back to automatic which is very
strange.
