Deleting Thousands of Emails in Outlook

Network Solutions did an upgrade over the weekend and sent 24 copies of every
email I got from October 2007. This accounted for over 61,000 emails being
sent to my inbox.
Question - anyone have an idea of how to expeditiously delete these items?
I've tried a thousand at a time and my computer locks up or bogs down to
where I can't do anything else.

I would archive them instead of deleting, then delete the archive pst file

Howdy,

Might you have a backup of the PST from before the flood?

All the best,
