Deleting spider solitaire permanently - how?

Please help - I am desperate to get rid of Spider Solitaire (or indeed all Windows) games *permanently* from my PC. I know how to uninstall the games by going into Add and Remove Programs etc but it is the work of 20 seconds to reinstall them again! I want to erase them FOREVER from my PC but everytime I go into System 32 and delete it it reappears again. Please help me!
