Deleting Spam hiding Sender's name or leaving the Subject Blank

In the tips and Q & As for Inside O E, I do not find any guidance on how to
delete spam where the sender gives neither the name of the Sender or any
Subject. I even checked the Details in the Properties of the message but no
luck.

Could anyone suggest a procedure to ask O E to Delete all messages which do
not give the name of the Sender or the Subject. Both are blank.

I had the impression that no e-mail client would send out such a message. My
O E reuses to send any message if I forget to fill up the subject.
