I am setting up an inventory data base. I track product by batch #'s but I dont want the forms to become large as I deplete product. How can I delete rows when a batch # quantity becomes zero with out deleting the product from all tables? We often have to track back batch #'s to see when they were shipped so I do not want to delete something permanantly.
I work with an excel sheet now that i create a new sheet each month and just delete the rows that have a zero quantity. But i still have each sheet for the previous months if i need to reference something that is not on my current sheet.
Hope this makes sense.

Lynn
