In Microsoft Windows 2000 and Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, the profile for a
member of the "Guests" local group that is not a member of the
"Administrators" local group is deleted after the member logs off of the
computer. In Windows XP, the profile for a member of the "Guests" local group
that is not a member of the "Administrators" local group is only deleted
after the computer joins a domain. If the computer is not joined to a domain,
the local profile is not removed based on group membership.

I am running XP and not on a Domain how can I set up the guest account or a
new account to delete the profile of the member when they log off?
