I have appointments in my Outlook Calander that go back about 5 years. The
only way I can find to delete them is to do them individually, which
obviously is time consuming and poderous.

Is there a way to delete ALL old entries?

Display your calendar in a table view (appointments works well) then sort by the date column and delete all prior to your selected date. Otherwise, you can use archiving to remove them but still have them available.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
