Where did you get stuck?
Did you get an error trying to delete the message via MDBVU32.EXE or
couldn't you find the message?
The method to start off with a new pst-file should work no matter what. Does
the outlook.exe process actually terminates when you close Outlook?
Starting Windows in Safe Mode (without network support) and then deleting it
from Outlook also has a high success rate.
