I've got a user who scheduled a recurring apt every week. She wanted to
delete one occurrence. When she does this, it removes all the requests not
just the single occurrence.

She must not be choosing "Just this occurrence."

Actually, she is, that's why I'm posting.

I found this morning that she is putting these apts (that are for somebody
else) on her calendar and inviting the mgr and others instead of putting them
directly on the Mgrs calendar. Her rational is that she won't be notified of
any changes if they are on his calendar.

Is there a better way to handle this? Should she being putting these appt on
the mgrs calendar and managing them from there?
