Hi all,

I have a co-worker who would like to delete old appointments in his Outlook
calendar. He has a lot going back 5 or 6 years. Is there anyway to delete
some of the old ones without deleting all? We're using 2003 Sp2.

View in a table view (All Appointments will do) then just use Shift + click
to select the first and last one to be deleted.

That did it. Also, I couldn't seem to find the All Appointments, so I had to
enable my "Advanced" toolbar to view "By Category".
